CANCELLATION POLICY

At KDS, we value your time and the time of our stylists. When you book an appointment, that slot is reserved exclusively for you. *If you miss your appointment without giving notice, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be automatically charged to the card on file. *If you’re 35 minutes or more late; you’ll be charged that same 50% no-show fee. *If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you’ll be charged that same 50% of the scheduled service, fee. *Because missed appointments heavily impact our stylists' schedules and other clients waiting for openings, any client who no-shows or fail to cancel within 24/48 hrs, will be permanently exempted from booking future appointments at our salon. *We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us at least [24/48] hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid these penalties. Thank you for respecting our team and supporting our business.
